ALL ABOUT KATJA PINEDA YOGA

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2020, Katja has been dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone to explore their own path to intuitive healing. She believes that yoga is a personal journey that goes beyond the physical practice, inviting each person to tune into their body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by the power of self-discovery and transformation, Katja focuses on holding space where all students feel seen, supported, and empowered to move in a way that honors their unique needs.

Her classes blend mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle guidance, encouraging students to listen to their inner wisdom and embrace their practice with compassion and authenticity. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, Katja is passionate about helping you connect with your own inner healer and find joy in the journey.

 During these sessions I create a uniquely designed program to help you meet your goals. I cater to those who desire an individualized experience. Using my experience, I work with you to find the path to physical mobility, peace, and strength.
